Could property investors be making a long-awaited comeback into the property market?
RE/MAX First Choice saw investors snap up properties in Waitara and Berowra Heights recently.
One secured a one-bedroom in the Waldorf Apartments building on Waitara Avenue for $299,000. Number 1305 came with a rental guarantee until August 2010.
The other property was a three-bedroom home with in-law accommodation at 8 Berkeley Close, Berowra Heights. Sitting on 929sqm of land, it fetched $545,000.
